Blockbuster Costumes is seeking a responsible, highly motivated eCommerce Customer Service Representative to join our team. This is a unique position and will require the skill to shift gears quickly between administrative and warehouse duties. The Coordinator will be responsible for managing customer inquiries, processing returns, providing inventory and fulfillment support, as well as basic oversite and training of seasonal employees. Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service via email, phone, and chat
- Assist customers with placing orders, tracking shipments, and resolving any issues or concerns they may have
- Process returns per marketplace requirements ensuring that they are handled promptly and accurately
- Work with the fulfillment team to ensure that orders are shipped on time and accurately
- Monitor marketplace health levels and communicate any discrepancies to the appropriate team member
- Provide support for other eCommerce operations, such as managing product listings and updating pricing information
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience
Minimum Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- At least 2 years experience in customer service including phone, email and supervisor skill sets
- At least 2 years of experience in eCommerce customer service preferred
- Familiarity with eCommerce platforms and order management systems preferred
- Experience processing returns and handling inventory is a plus
- Able to climb a ladder & rolling staircases
- Able to work seated and/or on foot for extended periods
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent diction required
- Attention to detail and ability to multitask
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle high email volume
- Reliable mode of transportation
