Key Responsibilities:

• Assist teachers with classroom instruction, lead small-group sessions, and offer personalized help to students.
• Foster academic, behavioral, and social-emotional growth by supporting students as needed.
• Prepare instructional materials, organize and facilitate learning activities, and reinforce lesson content.
• Supervise students during transitions, lunch, recess, and other non-instructional times to ensure their well-being and safety.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team dedicated to student success.

Required Qualifications:

• Minimum of 48 completed college semester units or an Associate’s degree (AA/AS).
• Ability to pass a background and fingerprint clearance process.
• Excellent communication skills, patience, and a focus on student development.
