Key Qualifications:
- Active SLP license with Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC)
- Experience in a school-based setting preferred
- Strong knowledge of therapy techniques for elementary and/or middle school populations
- Ability to manage a caseload of 45-55 students efficiently
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Commitment to onsite work for the duration of the contract
Responsibilities:
- Provide speech and language therapy to students across elementary and/or middle school buildings
- Assess, develop, and implement individualized treatment plans
- Collaborate with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams to optimize student outcomes
- Maintain accurate documentation and progress reports in accordance with school and legal requirements
- Support students’ individual educational and communication needs through evidence-based interventions
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to the development of student goals
