Begin your journey on August 5, 2026, with a contract that extends through May 19, 2027. You will be part of a dynamic educational environment, serving multiple school sites as needed. While precise caseload details and school assignments are still being finalized, most roles traditionally focus on elementary-age students, offering an engaging mix of students to support and inspire.
Key Qualifications:
- Valid Speech-Language Pathology (SLP) license
- Active DOE certification as an SLP
- Ability to complete required fingerprinting and district credentialing
- Experience in a school setting is preferred, particularly with elementary-age students
- Strong collaboration and communication skills
Expectations and Responsibilities:
- Deliver comprehensive speech and language services based on student IEPs
- Assess, diagnose, and treat students with a variety of communication challenges
- Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to promote student progress
- Maintain accurate, timely documentation and progress reports
- Travel between assigned schools as needed
- Engage in ongoing professional development
