Make an impact supporting students as a dedicated Speech Language Pathologist working with PreK–8th grade learners across multiple campuses. This rewarding, contract-based opportunity offers a blend of on-site and hybrid work, allowing for two days per week on campus to provide hands-on SLPA supervision, collaborate with administration, and conduct student testing. What You’ll Contribute:
- Current Texas Speech Language Pathologist license (required)
- ASHA Certification (CCC) with documentation of hours
- Experience working in schools as an SLP, including ARD/IEP processes
- Strong skills in supporting SLPAs through direct supervision, evaluation, and case management
- Bilingual proficiency for select positions; monolingual roles also available
- Ready references and ability to meet prompt credentialing requirements
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and mentor SLPAs, ensuring quality therapy services and compliance
- Manage ARD meetings, including goal writing, paperwork preparation, and facilitating proceedings
- Complete reevaluations for students; collaborate with district evaluators for initial assessments
- Serve caseloads of approximately 100 students, with SLPA support, across elementary and middle schools
- Build positive relationships with administrators and participate as a valued member of each campus team
- Provide direct therapy, conduct assessments, and support students’ communication and academic growth
Work Details:
- Full-time, contract role
- Start: August 12, 2026 – End: May 26, 2027
