Skilled Speech-Language Pathologists are needed for the upcoming academic year, working across two locations with a caseload of 30–45 students at varying grade levels. Positions are available at both the elementary and middle school levels, with assignments based at a .8 FTE role in one elementary school and a 1.0 FTE split between two middle schools. The contract runs from September 8, 2026, through June 10, 2027, averaging 37.5 hours per week.
Ideal candidates will offer the following:
- Current Tier 3 or Tier 4 SLP license plus a valid SLP school license (required)
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP)
- Experience providing speech and language services in school settings
- Knowledge of assessment tools, IEP development, and progress monitoring
- Ability to manage and prioritize a caseload of 30–45 students
- Strong communication skills for collaboration with educators, families, and administrators
- Commitment to fostering positive learning outcomes and inclusion
Responsibilities include:
- Delivering speech-language therapy and interventions in individual and group formats
- Conducting assessments and reporting results clearly
- Developing, implementing, and updating IEPs in collaboration with educational teams
- Tracking student progress and documenting services provided
- Consulting and collaborating with teachers and parents to support student goals
- Participating in meetings and professional development
