Requirements and Desired Background:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Current Maryland SLP license in good standing
- ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC)
- Previous experience in a school-based or pediatric setting highly valued
- Strong interpersonal, documentation, and collaboration skills
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct assessments and develop tailored intervention plans for elementary students
- Deliver direct and consultative speech-language therapy services
- Effectively document student progress and maintain compliance with IEP goals
