What We’re Looking For:
- Active NCDPI School Psychologist license (must be attached with your application)
- Proficiency with ECATS
- Prior experience in school settings, ideally PreK-12
- Strong background in psychoeducational assessments and crisis response
- Collaborative communicator able to connect with students, staff, and families
- Skilled in leading parent conferences and training sessions for staff
In This Role, You Will:
- Provide consultation, counseling, and crisis intervention services across various district campuses
- Lead psychoeducational evaluations for students suspected of having disabilities
- Hold conferences with parents and collaborate actively with educators
- Support students’ mental health needs and facilitate staff trainings
- Serve as a member of district-level multi-disciplinary teams, contributing your expertise in student welfare
- Manage a dynamic PreK-12 caseload, always onsite and fully engaged
The assignment is full-time, 37.5 hours per week (August 2026 – May 2027), across multiple campuses within the district. Please note, mileage between locations is not reimbursed.
