What You’ll Do
- Manage active job requisitions and candidate pipelines from day one
- Source, screen, and engage candidates for immediate hiring needs
- Build and maintain a strong “ready-now” bench of qualified talent
- Match candidates to district requirements with speed and accuracy
- Maintain consistent submission activity and meet weekly recruiting goals
- Partner with onboarding and credentialing teams to ensure smooth, on-time starts
- Keep candidate records organized and up to date in internal systems
What We’re Looking For
- 1–3 years of staffing agency recruiting experience
- Experience working in a high-volume, fast-paced environment
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Comfort working with ATS and CRM systems
- Competitive, goal-driven mindset
- Ability to work fully onsite in Oldsmar, FL
