About the Role
We are seeking a dedicated Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join a supportive school team and provide high‑quality services to students. This is an onsite position working directly with students, educators, and families to support communication and academic success.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct evaluations, assessments, and screenings for students with speech and language needs
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans (IEPs)
- Provide direct therapy services in individual and group settings
- Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and parents to support student progress
- Maintain accurate documentation and progress reports
- Participate in IEP meetings and multidisciplinary team discussions
- Support students with articulation, fluency, expressive/receptive language, and social communication needs
Requirements
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Active SLP license in the state of assignment
- ASHA CCC-SLP preferred; CFs may be considered depending on district
- Previous school-based experience is a plus
- Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
- Ability to work onsite during school hours
