What You’ll Do
- Manage full-cycle recruiting for professional, executive-level, and light industrial roles
- Support both Direct Hire and Temporary staffing placements
- Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates
- Source, screen, and qualify top talent across multiple industries
- Partner with leadership on hiring strategies and market insights
- Manage candidate pipelines and ensure a high-touch candidate experience
- Negotiate offers and guide candidates through the hiring process
- Consistently meet and exceed recruiting and revenue goals
What We’re Looking For
- 2 years of recruiting experience (agency) or a strong desiree to break into staffing
- Experience recruiting across professional, executive, or light industrial roles preferred
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Proven ability to work in a performance-driven, metrics-based environment
- Self-motivated with a strong sense of urgency and accountability
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting
- Passion for helping people and making meaningful connections
- Bilingual (Spanish) preferred
- Proficiency in computer systems, including CRM/ATS platforms and Microsoft Office Suite
