Location: Clearwater, FL
Salary: $110,000 - 160,000 base bonus incentives benefits package
Position Overview:
We work with a group that is helping build and run data centers that power AI, cloud computing, and large-scale digital services. They are looking to add a Commercial Legal Counsel to their expanding team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare, review, and negotiate a variety of commercial contracts, including: Master Services Agreements (MSAs), Statements of Work (SOWs), Service Level Agreements (SLAs), Non-disclosure agreements (NDAs) and Vendor agreements
- Assist with financing transactions
- Provide legal input on energy and infrastructure projects
- Support construction agreements, including EPC contracts, design-build agreements, and subcontractor arrangements
Qualifications:
- Licensed with at least one U.S. state bar
- 4 years of relevant legal experience in commercial contracting, ideally in private practice or an in-house legal team
- Experience in areas such as energy, infrastructure, or construction is preferred
