What You’ll Do:
- Evaluate patients and develop individualized, evidence-based speech therapy treatment plans
- Provide skilled therapy for speech, language, cognitive, voice, and swallowing disorders
- Collaborate with Speech-Language Pathology Assistants and interdisciplinary care teams
- Educate patients and caregivers on strategies, exercises, and home programs
- Track progress and adjust plans of care to achieve optimal functional outcomes
- Maintain accurate, timely documentation in the EMR
What You Bring:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Current state SLP license and ASHA CCC-SLP (or eligibility)
- Strong clinical judgment and patient engagement skills
- Passion for outcomes-driven, patient-centered care
- Ability to thrive in a collaborative, fast-paced environment
