Physical Therapist (PT)

What You’ll Do:
- Evaluate patients and develop individualized, evidence-based treatment plans
- Deliver high-quality physical therapy interventions to improve mobility, strength, and function
- Collaborate with Physical Therapist Assistants and interdisciplinary team members
- Educate patients and caregivers on treatment plans and home exercise programs
- Track progress and adjust plans of care to achieve optimal outcomes
- Maintain accurate, timely documentation in the EMR
Qualifications:
- Doctorate or Master’s degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program
- Current Physical Therapist state licensure
- CPR and BLS certification
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills
