What You’ll Do:
• Evaluate residents and develop individualized treatment plans
• Provide skilled therapy services focused on mobility, strength, balance, endurance, and functional independence
• Collaborate with nursing, therapy, and interdisciplinary teams to achieve strong patient outcomes
• Complete timely documentation and maintain compliance with regulatory standards
• Educate residents and families on treatment goals and progress
• Support discharge planning and continuity of care
• Contribute to a positive rehab experience and supportive clinical environment
What We’re Looking For:
• Licensed Physical Therapist (or eligible for licensure) in Florida
• Skilled nursing, rehab, or geriatric experience preferred
• Strong clinical assessment and communication skills
• Patient-focused approach with a collaborative mindset
• Commitment to delivering high-quality care
