We’re seeking an experienced and compassionate Director of Nursing to lead clinical operations and support a strong culture of quality care in a skilled nursing setting in Topeka, KS. What You’ll Do:
• Provide leadership and oversight for all nursing operations and clinical services
• Mentor, develop, and support nursing leaders and frontline clinical teams
• Drive quality outcomes, regulatory readiness, and compliance initiatives
• Partner with interdisciplinary teams to enhance resident care and satisfaction
• Lead staffing strategies, scheduling oversight, and retention efforts
• Monitor clinical performance metrics and implement process improvements
• Foster a positive, accountable, and resident-centered care environment
What We’re Looking For:
• Active RN license (or eligible for licensure) in Kansas
• Previous leadership experience as a Director of Nursing, Assistant Director of Nursing, or comparable clinical leadership role preferred
• Skilled nursing or long-term care experience strongly preferred
• Strong knowledge of regulatory compliance and quality standards
• Proven ability to lead teams, build culture, and drive results
• Excellent communication, organizational, and decision-making skills
