What are the responsibilities and job description for the Warehouse Manager position at Black Forest Supplements?
We're hiring a Warehouse Manager to run our fulfillment operation end to end. Receiving, inventory, pick pack ship, and the team that moves it all.
We're Black Forest Supplements, a bootstrapped DTC supplement brand out of Miami. We did $25M last year and we're on track to double it this year, which means the orders moving through your building are about to double too. Every order a customer places runs through your four walls, and we need it tight, accurate, and fast, every single day.
We'll be straight with you: we're growing fast and the operation has rough edges a great manager will tighten on day one. You know the operation we don't want: orders going out wrong, inventory that never ties out, a floor that runs on heroics instead of process. We want the opposite, and we want the person who takes that personally.
You report to the founder and ops directly. Your floor, your team, your numbers.
What you'll own
• The full warehouse operation: receiving, put away, storage, pick, pack, and ship
• Inventory accuracy, cycle counts, and lot and expiration tracking, it's supplements, this matters
• Order accuracy and on time shipping, every single day
• Carrier and shipping management: costs, claims, and SLAs
• The warehouse team: hiring, scheduling, training, and leading
• Safety, order, and a clean floor people are proud to work on
This seat is for you if
• You've managed a warehouse, fulfillment center, or 3PL operation for 3 years
• You've owned inventory accuracy and run cycle counts in a real system, not just a spreadsheet
• You've shipped real daily order volume and led a team to hit it
• You're hands on and on the floor, not behind a desk all day
• You live within commuting distance and you're ready to be on site full time
What we'd love
• Supplements, food, beverage, or other regulated or perishable product experience
• cGMP, FDA, or lot and expiration date handling
• ShipStation, Shopify, or similar inventory and shipping systems
• You've scaled a warehouse through a big jump in order volume
• Bilingual English and Spanish

• You've worked in a warehouse but never actually run one
• You want a desk job, this is hands on, on the floor
• You can't or won't be on site full time
