Black Forest Supplements is hiring a CFO.

We're a bootstrapped DTC supplement brand based in Brickell, Miami. We did $25M in revenue last year and we're on track for $50M this year, all of it earned rather than raised. We're growing fast, and we carry the inventory and cash complexity that comes with selling real product at scale. We've reached the point where finance needs a real leader in the room, someone who can turn a fast growing business into a financially disciplined one without slowing it down.

This is a hands on, build the function role, not a seat with a large team beneath you. You'll own the financial engine of the company end to end: cash flow, the model, unit economics, and the reporting that informs every major decision. You'll report directly to the founders and CEO and have a true seat at the table on the decisions that set the company's direction.

We'll be candid with you. The books are clean and the business is profitable. What is still young is the finance function itself, and you'll build much of it from the ground up. That is the opportunity, to build  the function that carries us from $25M to $100M rather than inherit one someone else designed.

 What you'll own

 • Cash flow, runway, and working capital in an inventory heavy business

 • The financial model: forecasting, scenario planning, and the analysis behind every major decision

 • Unit economics, margins, and pricing, product by product

 • Inventory and COGS, in close partnership with supply chain and operations

 • Taxes, compliance, audit, and the relationships with our banks and outside accountants

 • Building and leading the finance team as the company grows

 This seat is for you if

 • You've served as a CFO, VP of Finance, or Controller at a DTC, CPG, ecommerce, or other inventory based business

 • You've personally owned cash flow and built a company's financial model, not just reviewed one

 • You're hands on and effective in a lean, fast moving company. You can read a P&L and know what needs attention in minutes

 • You think in unit economics, margin, and cash, and you can explain them clearly to a founder

 • You live in Miami or South Florida and you're ready to work from our Brickell office in person

 What we'd love

 • CPG, supplements, food and beverage, or other physical product experience

 • A track record of helping a company scale from roughly $25M to $100M and beyond

 • Experience with inventory financing, lines of credit, or raising capital

 • Comfort with a modern finance stack: Shopify, QuickBooks or NetSuite, and the tools around them

 • Bilingual English and Spanish, a plus for our LatAm leaning brand

 It's not your seat if

 • Your experience is large company finance where you sat far from the actual books

 • You prefer to lead from a distance. This is an in person, hands on role

 • You can't or won't work from our Miami office in person
