What are the responsibilities and job description for the Head of TikTok position at Black Forest Supplements?
We're Black Forest Supplements, a bootstrapped DTC supplement brand out of Brickell, Miami with 25M revenue last year projecting 50M this year, and going all-in on TikTok. We're hiring one person to own the whole channel: organic, TikTok Shop, creators, affiliates, paid. You set the strategy, you run it hands-on, and you build the team under you. You report to the founder directly (no CMO filter, no committee, no "let's circle back" while the trend dies)
Here's the filter, up front: we're not paying anyone to learn TikTok on our brand. No theory, no agency-from-the-outside, no personal account that never touched a revenue number. The first thing we'll ask is for you to walk us through the account you actually scaled. The real before-and-after, live. There's a very short list of people who've genuinely done this.

What you'll own
- The whole TikTok engine: organic content, TikTok Shop, paid (TikTok Ads), and creator/affiliate seeding
- TikTok Shop revenue end-to-end: catalog, creator partnerships, live shopping, and the sales it drives
- A team you hire and lead: editors, content creators, affiliate managers, scaled as the numbers justify it
- One number above all: TikTok-attributed revenue, reported to the founder every week
This seat is for you if
- You've personally scaled a consumer/DTC brand's TikTok: and can show the before-and-after, view velocity, and above all revenue you can point to
- You've built and managed a content or creator team: hired, briefed, led, not just posted yourself
- You've driven real TikTok Shop sales: moved product through it, not just stood one up
- You live in Miami / South Florida and you're ready to be in our Brickell office in person.
- You live inside TikTok: the trends, the app, the analytics, daily, by instinct
It's not your seat if
- Your TikTok experience is theoretical, agency-side from the outside, or "personal account" only
- You've never owned a revenue number on TikTok
- You've never built or managed a content/creator team
- You can't or won't be in our Miami office in person
