We are looking for a dynamic, hands-on Business Development & Operations Manager to drive revenue growth while ensuring operational reliability from order to payment.
Your Mission
You will own both field sales development and the order-to-cash operational cycle, ensuring strong commercial performance and financial discipline.
This is a hybrid role combining:
- Territory sales
- Client advisory
- Inventory coordination
- Billing & accounts follow-up
- E-commerce support
Key responsibilities
1. Business Development
- Prospect, acquire, and develop B2B clients (bakeries, pastry shops, food businesses)
- Build long-term relationships through a consultative sales approach
- Identify growth opportunities within existing accounts
- Drive revenue and margin growth
2. Technical Advisory
- Advise clients on flour types, ingredients, applications, and product optimization
- Promote premium product lines
3. Inventory & Operations Coordination
- Monitor stock availability and anticipate supply needs
- Coordinate internally to prevent shortages
- Ensure smooth order processing and delivery follow-up
4. Billing & Account Management
- Issue invoices accurately and on time
- Maintain reliable customer files
- Structure and execute payment follow-ups
- Prevent and manage overdue accounts
5. E-commerce Development Support
- Oversee online order follow-up
- Support customer service inquiries
- Contribute to the growth of our digital sales channel
Profile we're looking for
- Proven B2B sales experience
- Strong organizational and follow-up skills
- Comfortable balancing field sales and administrative discipline
- Structured, proactive, and results-driven
- Valid driver’s license
- Fluent in English and Spanish (mandatory)
- French is a strong plus
