About the Role:
BIP US is expanding our Talent Acquisition function to meet rapidly growing demand from our clients for specialized technical talent. This role will own end-to-end recruiting for roles such as Senior Full-Stack Data Engineer, Senior AI engineering architect, Senior Scrum Master, PM/BA Hybrid, Senior Python Platform Engineer, MLOps Engineer, and PMO/PM/BA Engineer/Architect, Power BI Senior Specialist, and will assemble delivery “pods/squads” (multi-role teams) for client projects.
This role has high leadership visibility and will have a direct impact on company growth, client delivery, and marketing positioning. This is your opportunity to shape how we attract elite technical talent by building something new, scalable, and differentiated.
This role will primarily support our financial services technical recruitment (e.g., capital markets/banking/insurance/payment/global asset management) but may also support other industries such as Life Sciences and Energy.
What You Will Do:
- Own requisitions end-to-end: intake, sourcing, screening, technical assessment coordination, offers, and onboarding.
- Build and hire project pods: scope roles and ratios (e.g., PM/BA Data Engineer MLOps BI Developer QA) to deliver client outcomes.
- Source from high-yield technical channels (beyond LinkedIn/Indeed):
- GitHub, Stack Overflow, Kaggle, Hacker News “Who’s Hiring”, Reddit (r/datascience, r/devops, r/aws, r/consulting), Discord and Slack communities, Hired, Wellfound, ai-jobs.net, Python.org/jobs, PySlackers, Women Who Code, Blacks In Technology, Out in Tech, Women in Data.
- Run advanced Boolean/X-ray searches and leverage GitHub/Stack metrics to identify signals of quality.
- Partner with client-facing leaders to define technical requirements, interview rubrics, and value propositions (tech stack, mission, impact).
- Develop and maintain high quality talent pipelines for recurring Financial Services skill sets.
- Define a Technical Employer Value Proposition – build and maintain a Technical EVP one-pager to attract top technical talent
- Own market Intelligence and continuous Improvement in technical recruiting – run a monthly ‘Technical Talent Market Pulse” including hot skills and emerging roles, compensation benchmarks and competitor hiring activity
- Track and report metrics (time-to-slate, time-to-offer, pipeline diversity, acceptance rate, pod fill time, source-of-hire).
- Deliver an exceptional candidate experience at every stage of the recruitment process
- Represent the BIP US as a brand ambassador, communicating our mission, culture, and opportunities
What You will Bring:
- 5–8 years recruiting for data/analytics, AI, cloud, backend (Python/Java microservices), DevOps/MLOps, and scrum/PMO roles.
- Demonstrated experience assembling delivery pods or squads for consulting/FS engagements.
- Strong technical fluency: cloud (AWS/Azure/GCP), CI/CD, IaC, containerization, data platforms, BI tooling, agile delivery.
- High-yield sourcing capability in niche tech communities; comfort with cold outreach and narrative selling.
- Experience with recruiting for consulting, professional services, or complex enterprise environments.
- Experience with technical recruiting in more than one industry including financial services.
- Experience with project-based resourcing and flexible staffing models.
- A strategic mindset – ability to design systems and pipelines not just fill roles.
- Familiarity with structured interviewing, competency modeling, and de-biasing.
- ATS proficiency (Bullhorn/Greenhouse/Lever/Workday or similar); dashboard/report building skills.
- A high-level understanding of margin, utilization, and delivery pressure.
Success Metrics (first 6 months):
- Source-of-hire diversification: ≤ 40% from LinkedIn/Indeed combined.
- Offer-accept rate ≥ 70% and an increase in client accept rate of proposed candidates.
- Growth of an engaged technical talent community.
- Evidence of a qualified pipeline and assembly of technical project pods.
- Measurable contribution towards technical recruitment strategy.
**The base salary range for this role is $110,000 - $140,000**
