Role Overview:
We are seeking a Product-Centric Resource with a strong background in treasury, forecasting, and AI-driven analytics to support key financial initiatives, including liquidity forecasting, stress testing, scenario analysis, and business forecasting capabilities.
This role requires an individual who can operate at the intersection of business, product, and technology, translating complex treasury, liquidity, and risk management requirements into scalable, data-driven solutions. The ideal candidate will bring both domain expertise and a product mindset, helping to shape and deliver high-impact capabilities while leveraging AI frameworks to enhance forecasting accuracy, decision-making, and financial resilience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the design and delivery of product-oriented solutions across treasury and financial risk domains
- Contribute to stress testing frameworks, including scenario design, data integration, and analytical outputs
- Translate business requirements into functional product features and enhancements
- Collaborate with stakeholders across Treasury, Risk, Finance, and Technology teams
- Apply AI/analytics concepts to enhance forecasting, stress testing, and decision-making processes
- Assist in defining product roadmaps, user stories, and acceptance criteria
- Work with data teams to ensure data quality, integrity, and usability for stress testing use cases
- Support the development of reporting and dashboards tied to treasury and risk insights
- Participate in cross-functional workshops and solution design sessions
- Develop and enhance treasury forecasting models, including cash flow, liquidity, and funding projections
- Support liquidity forecasting and stress testing initiatives by designing and evaluating scenarios across varying market and business conditions
- Leverage AI-driven analytical frameworks to improve forecasting accuracy, automate insights generation, and identify emerging liquidity and risk trends
- Analyze forecast performance and recommend model enhancements based on business outcomes, treasury metrics, and stress testing results
- Partner with Treasury, Risk, Finance, and Data teams to align forecasting methodologies, assumptions, and reporting standards
Required Qualifications:
- 5 years’ experience in treasury, liquidity management, or financial risk functions
- Understanding of stress testing concepts (e.g., scenario analysis, regulatory stress frameworks, forecasting)
- Familiarity with AI/analytics-driven use cases in finance
- Experience working in a product, business analyst, or hybrid role
- Ability to bridge business requirements and technical implementation
- Strong communication skills with experience engaging cross-functional stakeholders
- Hands-on experience developing or supporting treasury forecasting, liquidity management, and cash flow forecasting models
- Strong understanding of liquidity stress testing methodologies, scenario analysis, and forecasting techniques within banking or financial services environments
- Experience leveraging AI, advanced analytics, or machine learning frameworks to improve forecasting, financial planning, or risk management processes
- Ability to interpret treasury and liquidity data and translate analytical findings into actionable business recommendations
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience within capital markets, banking, or financial services consulting
- Exposure to AI/ML tools applied to finance or treasury use cases
- Familiarity with data platforms and analytics environments (e.g., SQL, dashboards, data pipelines)
- Experience supporting regulatory or enterprise stress testing programs (e.g., CCAR, liquidity stress testing)
- Prior experience working in Agile or product delivery environments
- Experience supporting enterprise treasury transformation, liquidity risk management, CCAR, LCR, NSFR, or related regulatory forecasting initiatives

**The base salary range for this role is $120,000 - $160,000, with flexibility for exceptional candidates**
