A full-time Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) is needed to provide comprehensive support for K-12 students in a Chicago-based school setting. This is an onsite contract position for the 25/26 school year, with multiple openings available. Part-time candidates will also be considered.
Responsibilities include conducting evaluations, developing individualized treatment plans, and delivering targeted therapy to students with speech and language disorders. The role requires collaboration with teachers, parents, and other educational professionals to ensure student success. Maintaining accurate documentation and complying with school policies and state regulations are critical components of this position.
Qualifications:
- Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP)
- State certification/licensure as an SLP in a school setting
- Experience working with K-12 students
- Strong assessment and intervention skills
- Spanish bilingual skills are preferred but not required
- Effective communication and teamwork abilities
