A licensed Mental Health Specialist with a masters degree is needed to provide essential social-emotional support within a school environment in Lapeer County, Michigan. Key Responsibilities:
- Provide social-emotional support to general education students through individual and group sessions

Qualifications:
- Masters degree in a relevant mental health field is required
- Current license or credential in one of the following categories: Licensed masters level psychologist or school psychologist, or limited licensed under supervision Licensed masters level social worker or school social worker, or limited licensed under supervision Licensed bachelor level social worker actively pursuing or planning to pursue LMSW/LLMSW within 24 months Licensed masters level marriage and family therapist, professional counselor, or limited licensed counselor under supervision School Counselor License or Michigan teaching certificate with school counselor endorsement, with required plans to obtain counselor licensure within 24 months
