Key Qualifications:

• Valid Colorado Department of Education (DOE) certification
• Active Colorado Occupational Therapy license
• Experience in a school setting as an OT, with comfort serving a range of student ages
• Strong communication, organization, and collaboration skills
• Ability to adapt to varied school environments and caseloads

Primary Responsibilities:

• Deliver occupational therapy services to students, addressing a variety of needs that support their educational goals
• Conduct assessments, develop treatment plans, and monitor student progress
• Collaborate with special education teams, teachers, and families to foster an inclusive learning environment
• Document services and progress in accordance with school and state guidelines
• Adjust support strategies as needed based on student response and team recommendations
