Two contract Occupational Therapist opportunities are available: one full-time (approximately 37.5 hours/week) and one 0.8 FTE assignment. Both roles serve a diverse caseload spanning preschool through high school, with thoughtfully balanced assignments reflecting the unique needs of each campus—including those with pre-K and specialized programs.
You’ll participate in a mandatory Summer Symposium and New Hire Orientation from July 27-31, 2026, before reporting to your assigned work sites on August 3, 2026. These positions run through the entire 2026-2027 school year, concluding May 21, 2027.

Qualifications And Experience
- Active Colorado OT license
- DORA certification
- Colorado Department of Education (DOE) license
- Expertise in pediatric and school-based OT practices
- Experience supporting students ages 3-18, including in inclusive and specialized settings
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to balance direct and indirect service delivery
- Deliver occupational therapy services in accordance with IEPs for assigned students
- Support a caseload of approximately 40-60 students, with equitable distribution based on program intensity and grade level
- Collaborate with educators, administrators, and families as a valued member of multidisciplinary teams
- Conduct assessments, develop intervention plans, and monitor student progress
- Document services, evaluations, and communications accurately and in a timely manner
- Attend and participate in the Summer Symposium New Hire Orientation and other scheduled professional development activities
