This onsite position in the Denver area provides a chance to empower students across a range of age groups by supporting their development, independence, and participation in educational settings. The assignment is full-time, Monday through Friday, totaling 37.5 hours weekly, with campus specifics and caseload details to be determined prior to the start date.

Key Qualifications:

• Active Colorado Department of Education (DOE) Certification
• Active Colorado Occupational Therapist (OT) License
• Experience providing occupational therapy in a school-based environment preferred
• Adaptability to work across multiple campus locations as needed
• Strong interpersonal skills to collaborate with educators, families, and students
• Ability to develop and implement individualized therapy plans

Role Responsibilities:

• Deliver evidence-based occupational therapy services to students according to IEPs
• Conduct assessments to determine students’ functional skills and therapy needs
• Develop, update, and document treatment plans and progress reports
• Collaborate with special education teams to support student learning and inclusion
• Guide teachers and parents on effective strategies to help students thrive
• Participate in IEP meetings and ongoing evaluations
• Maintain compliance with all school and district policies
