Job Summary:
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Housekeeper to join our team. As a Housekeeper, you will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and orderliness in various settings, such as hotel guest rooms and common areas. Your attention to detail and strong work ethic will contribute to creating a pleasant and sanitary environment for our guests or residents.
Duties:
- Perform general cleaning tasks, including dusting, sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and disinfecting surfaces
- Clean and sanitize bathrooms, kitchens, and common areas
- Change linens and make beds
- Restock supplies in designated areas
- Empty trash and dispose of waste properly
- Follow established cleaning procedures and safety guidelines
- Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the supervisor
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure efficient operations
Skills:
- Previous experience in hotel or hospitality housekeeping preferred
- Familiarity with custodial practices and housekeeping basic principles
- Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain high standards of cleanliness
- Excellent time management skills to complete tasks within designated timeframes
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team
- Good communication skills to interact with guests or residents
