Duties
- Greet and assist guests with check-in and check-out procedures during overnight hours, ensuring a smooth and friendly experience.
- Manage front desk operations, including handling multi-line phone systems with professionalism and courtesy, responding to guest inquiries promptly.
- Conduct nightly audits of guest accounts, reservations, and billing to ensure accuracy and resolve discrepancies efficiently.
- Maintain security by monitoring CCTV surveillance, performing routine safety checks, and controlling access to the property for staff and visitors.
- Prepare detailed shift reports, incident logs, and financial summaries to support daily operations and audit compliance.
- Provide exceptional guest relations by addressing concerns proactively, offering local information, and ensuring guest satisfaction throughout their stay.
- Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to address any overnight guest requests or property issues swiftly.
Experience
- Proven experience in hospitality management or hotel front desk operations, preferably in a Hotel similar setting.
- Strong knowledge of hotel management systems, night audit procedures, and multi-line phone systems.
- Excellent customer service skills with a focus on guest relations and conflict resolution.
- Bilingual or multilingual abilities are highly desirable to serve diverse guests effectively.
- Familiarity with hospitality standards such as phone etiquette, guest services protocols, and hotel safety procedures.
