Responsibilities
- Perform thorough cleaning of guest rooms, hallways, and common areas according to established standards.
- Ensure all areas are sanitized and maintained to promote a safe environment for guests and staff.
- Manage laundry services, including washing, drying, and folding linens as needed.
- Restock supplies in guest rooms and common areas to ensure availability for guests.
- Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to management promptly.
- Assist with special cleaning projects as assigned by the housekeeping supervisor.
Requirements
- Previous experience in housekeeping or custodial services preferred.
- Strong attention to detail with a commitment to cleanliness and sanitation.
- Excellent customer service skills to enhance the guest experience.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Good time management skills to efficiently complete tasks within designated time frames.
