- Develop and implement cleaning schedules, checklists, and quality control procedures to ensure consistent standards are maintained.
- Oversee laundry operations, ensuring timely and proper handling of linens, uniforms, and guest clothing.
- Conduct regular inspections to monitor cleanliness levels, safety compliance, and equipment maintenance.
- Manage inventory of cleaning supplies, linens, and equipment; place orders as needed to ensure smooth operations.

Skills
- Proven supervising experience in housekeeping or custodial management within a hotel or hospitality setting.
