- Perform thorough cleaning of guest rooms, common areas, and facilities according to established standards
- Execute floor care tasks such as sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and polishing to ensure spotless surfaces
- Handle janitorial duties including trash removal, restocking supplies, and sanitizing high-touch surfaces
- Use industrial cleaning equipment safely and effectively to maintain hygiene and safety standards
- Assist with hotel or facility management tasks related to custodial services as needed
- Maintain cleanliness logs and report any maintenance issues or safety hazards promptly
- Support team members during busy periods by sharing responsibilities for deep cleaning or special projects
Requirements
- Proven experience in cleaning, janitorial work, or hospitality housekeeping roles
- Knowledge of floor care techniques and industrial cleaning equipment operation
- Prior hotel or hospitality industry experience is highly desirable
- Strong understanding of cleanliness standards within hospitality or institutional settings
