Job Summary
Best Western Plus is looking for a dynamic Breakfast Attendant to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for setting up and maintaining a welcoming breakfast environment, ensuring food safety standards are met, and delivering exceptional in-person customer service. Your enthusiasm will help guests start their day on a positive note, making their stay enjoyable and comfortable.
Duties
- Prepare and set up breakfast buffet stations, ensuring all items are stocked, attractive, and ready for guest service
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of food preparation areas, dining spaces, and equipment in accordance with food safety sanitizing procedures
- Assist with food handling, including replenishing items throughout service hours
- Operate kitchen equipment safely and efficiently
- Breakdown service areas, put away food and service items, clean after breakfast hours are done for the day
- Follow food safety management protocols to prevent contamination and ensure compliance with health regulations
- Engage with guests courteously, providing friendly customer service and addressing any inquiries or needs promptly
Experience
- Previous experience in food service or restaurant environments is preferred although not required - we are willing to train the person with a positive attitude!
- Familiarity with food safety procedures and sanitizing protocols is preferred for maintaining hygiene standards
- Customer service background is a must! Friendly faces only please!
