- Manage multi-line phone systems with excellent phone etiquette, handling reservations, inquiries, and guest requests efficiently
- Assist guests with their needs during their stay, providing information about hotel amenities, local attractions, and services
- Handle guest check-outs accurately while processing payments and resolving billing questions
- Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and other departments to ensure guest satisfaction
- Conduct night audits when scheduled, balancing accounts and preparing reports to ensure financial accuracy
- Maintain guest records meticulously and update reservation systems promptly to facilitate smooth operations
Requirements
- Proven experience in hotel management or front desk operations within a hospitality setting
