Job Summary

Duties

• Greet guests warmly upon arrival, offering a friendly and professional check-in experience
• Manage multi-line phone systems with excellent phone etiquette, handling reservations, inquiries, and guest requests efficiently
• Assist guests with their needs during their stay, providing information about hotel amenities, local attractions, and services
• Handle guest check-outs accurately while processing payments and resolving billing questions
• Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and other departments to ensure guest satisfaction
• Conduct night audits when scheduled, balancing accounts and preparing reports to ensure financial accuracy
• Maintain guest records meticulously and update reservation systems promptly to facilitate smooth operations

Requirements

• Proven experience in hotel management or front desk operations within a hospitality setting
• Strong customer service skills with a proactive approach to guest relations
• Multilingual or bilingual abilities to communicate effectively with diverse guests
• Familiarity with hotel management software and multi-line phone systems
• Knowledge of hospitality standards, including phone etiquette and guest services procedures
• Ability to handle night audit responsibilities with attention to detail and accuracy
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, demonstrating professionalism at all times
