Duties
- Greet guests warmly upon arrival, providing a friendly and professional check-in experience.
- Manage multi-line phone systems with excellent phone etiquette, handling reservations, inquiries, and guest requests efficiently.
- Assist guests with their needs during their stay, including room changes, concierge services, and local recommendations.
- Maintain accurate records of guest information, reservations, and billing details using hotel management software.
- Conduct night audits when scheduled, ensuring all financial transactions are correctly processed and reports are completed accurately.
- Handle guest complaints or issues promptly and professionally to ensure high levels of guest satisfaction.
- Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure guest rooms and facilities meet quality standards.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in hotel management or front desk operations within a resort or hospitality environment.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to build rapport quickly and handle diverse guest needs.
- Multilingual or bilingual abilities are highly desirable to serve an international clientele effectively.
- Knowledge of hospitality management systems and multi-line phone systems is preferred.
- Experience with night audit procedures and hotel guest services is a plus.
- Excellent communication skills, including phone etiquette and guest relations expertise.
