Responsibilities

• Perform thorough cleaning of living or guest areas, including dusting, sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and sanitizing surfaces to uphold cleanliness standards.
• Manage laundry duties such as washing, drying, folding, and organizing linens and clothing items efficiently.
• Maintain floors through specialized care techniques like carpet cleaning and floor polishing to ensure a pristine appearance.
• Restock supplies in bathrooms, kitchens, and common areas to ensure everything is well-equipped for residents or guests.
• Provide friendly customer service by addressing requests promptly and maintaining a professional demeanor at all times.
• Follow proper sanitation procedures to prevent the spread of germs and maintain a hygienic environment.
• Assist with custodial tasks related to commercial or residential cleaning projects as needed, including waste disposal and equipment maintenance.

Requirements

• Proven experience in residential cleaning, hotel housekeeping, janitorial work, or commercial cleaning environments.
• Knowledge of cleaning techniques including floor care, carpet cleaning, sanitation practices, and laundry operations.
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively and professionally with residents or guests.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while managing multiple tasks efficiently.
• Physical stamina to stand for extended periods, lift heavy objects safely, and perform repetitive cleaning tasks.
• Experience with housekeeping management or supervisory roles is a plus but not required.
