Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve a variety of breakfast items with precision, ensuring quality and presentation meet brand standards
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the breakfast area, adhering strictly to food safety sanitizing procedures
- Restock food stations and supplies efficiently to ensure seamless service during busy hours
- Assist guests with food selections, dietary needs, and inquiries in a friendly, professional manner
- Handle manual food handling tasks safely, including portioning, plating, and packaging when necessary
- Operate POS systems accurately for transactions and manage weight handling in the workplace with care
- Follow all food safety management protocols to prevent contamination and ensure compliance with health regulations
Qualifications
- Prior experience in fine dining, restaurant service, catering or hospitality environments is highly desirable
- Knowledge of food safety standards and sanitizing procedures within the food industry
- Experience with food preparation, handling, and serving techniques including banquets or buffet setups
- Familiarity with wine knowledge or barista experience is a plus for enhancing guest experience
- Strong customer service skills with an energetic approach to guest interactions
