Play a meaningful design role on complex, high-profile residential, mixed-use, and hospitality projects within a multidisciplinary architecture and design studio. As a Project Designer, you will operate at the intersection of concept, craft, and technical execution—working closely with senior design leadership while mentoring junior staff and influencing design outcomes across multiple project phases. Ideal candidates combine strong design instinct with technical confidence, thrive in collaborative environments, and are energized by shaping thoughtful, buildable architecture from early vision through delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead architectural design efforts on small to mid-scale projects or defined scopes within large, complex projects, from concept through construction
- Translate high-level design direction into refined concepts, coordinated drawings, and well-resolved details
- Guide and mentor junior team members, ensuring cohesive integration of design intent across disciplines
- Collaborate closely with consultants and internal teams to maintain quality, clarity, and constructability
- Present architectural ideas and design progress to internal leaders and external stakeholders as required
Skills and Experience
- Highly proficient in 3D modeling and BIM workflows using SketchUp, Rhino, Revit, and AutoCAD
- Strong experience producing compelling renderings and visual narratives using Enscape and Lumion
- Advanced understanding of architectural documentation, detailing, and coordination
- Clear communicator with the ability to articulate design ideas verbally, graphically, and in writing
- Self-directed, detail-oriented professional who manages time effectively and performs well in team environments
