Our client is seeking a highly motivated and skilled 3D Modeler / Renderer to join their design studio specializing in high-end, traditionally inspired residential projects, including private residences, gardens, terraces, and select commercial and institutional work in the U.S. and abroad.
The selected candidate will work closely with senior designers and leadership, contributing to design development across all phases while producing compelling visualizations that support design intent and client presentations.
Key Responsibilities
- Produce high-quality 3D models and renderings for luxury residential architecture, interiors, and landscapes.
- Actively model alongside senior designers and project leaders in real time using Rhino and Lumion.
- Generate accurate models from hand sketches, 2D drawings, elevations, photographs, and reference material.
- Support design development through 2D rendering, presentation drawings, and visual studies.
- Create virtual and physical models for buildings, landscapes, topography, and site development.
- Assist with or fabricate physical models, including advising on techniques such as laser cutting and 3D printing.
- Collaborate across disciplines - architecture, interiors, and landscape - while maintaining a cohesive design vision.
- Coordinate effectively with clients, consultants, and internal team members.
- Demonstrate initiative and problem-solving skills while maintaining a high level of design quality.
- Work comfortably across digital and analog media.
Skills & Experience
- Professional experience in 3D modeling and rendering for high-end residential, architectural, or landscape projects.
- Strong design instincts with an appreciation for traditional and classical design principles.
- Proven ability to interpret conceptual design material and translate it into detailed visual output.
- Comfortable working collaboratively with senior leadership and multidisciplinary teams.
- Excellent communication skills and a proactive, solutions-oriented mindset.
- Ability to hand sketch is a plus.
- Experience in a classical or traditional architecture practice is preferred.

Salary : $120,000 - $150,000
