Our client is seeking a Project Manager with at least five years of post-graduate interior design experience to support and coordinate multiple luxury residential projects throughout Westchester and Fairfield Counties. This role is ideal for a polished, client-facing professional who thrives in a fast-paced, highly collaborative design studio and enjoys managing schedules, logistics, and communication across several projects at once.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage multiple luxury residential projects at once, each at different phases.
- Serve as a primary client-facing representative—sending weekly updates, attending meetings, and ensuring clients feel supported throughout the process.
- Coordinate site visits, oversee on-site logistics, and facilitate communication with contractors, vendors, and consultants.
- Maintain project schedules and deliverables; identify next steps and proactively resolve issues.
- Review drawings for accuracy (not required to produce full CD sets).
- Support procurement processes including tracking orders, lead times, deliveries, and installation readiness.
- Oversee installations and punch lists to ensure work meets studio standards.
- Maintain organized project documentation including meeting notes, proposals, and updates.
Skills & Experience
- 5 years of interior design or residential project management experience (no entry-level candidates).
- Strong understanding of residential design and renovation workflows.
- Confident, polished communicator with strong client-facing presence.
- Excellent organizational skills and ability to juggle multiple moving parts.
- Strong problem-solving skills with calm, solutions-oriented judgment.
- Thrives in an in-person, collaborative, energetic studio environment.
- Authorized to work in the U.S.
