Provide top-notch customer service via email, phone, and text
Efficiently schedule technicians and manage invoices and MSAs
Maintain an up-to-date and accurate customer database through Salesforce
Ensure clear communication with department managers, employees, and customers
Handle occasional assigned administrative duties

1 years of scheduling or dispatching experience
Advance customer service and communication skills (written and verbal)
High attention to detail with the ability to complete tasks and follow through
Strong prioritization and organizational skills
