What are the responsibilities and job description for the Installer, Residential position at Berg Enterprises, Inc?
We are currently seeking both inexperienced and experienced sheet metal installers to join our team at Berg’s Heating and Air Conditioning. Our crews travel to residential new builds and remodel project sites throughout Southern Arizona.
Responsibilities.
Take charge of all assigned work and maintain a sense of ownership of all scope on-site
Walk the site in an observed manner, taking note of hazards and, when appropriate, correcting them accordingly
Develop an awareness of the entire project to include other trade work
Communicate with fellow crew members and assigned foreman
Fabricate, assemble, install, and repair sheet metal products and equipment as assigned
