Location: Marlborough, MA (Hybrid, 3 days onsite MANDATORY)

Shift: 1st shift from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM M-F

Job Description:
As a Talent Acquisition Partner, you will serve as a strategic advisor to the business, partnering closely with leaders to deliver high-impact talent solutions. This role requires a strong understanding of business operations, labor market dynamics, and talent acquisition best practices to attract, assess, and hire top talent aligned with the company’s mission. You will manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including candidate engagement, interviews, assessments, and offer management. In collaboration with Sourcing, you will design and execute recruiting strategies that support both immediate and long-term workforce needs, while continuously improving hiring processes and outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
· Act as a trusted talent acquisition advisor to business leaders, aligning hiring strategies with business objectives.
· Partner with stakeholders on workforce planning to anticipate and address short- and long-term hiring needs.
· Develop and execute effective recruiting strategies in partnership with Sourcing to attract high-quality talent.
· Manage candidate relationships throughout the recruitment lifecycle, ensuring a positive candidate experience.
· Conduct interviews, facilitate assessments, and support hiring decisions through data-driven insights.
· Leverage recruiting data, metrics, and technology to optimize processes and outcomes.
· Support employer branding initiatives to position Hologic as an employer of choice.
· Ensure compliance with hiring processes, tools, and best practices.

- Market Knowledge & Insight: Strong understanding of labor market trends, competitor activity, and industry benchmarks.
