BEPC is seeking a highly motivated Talent Acquisition Partner to join our client’s site in Marlborough, MA. This role will support the business as a strategic advisor and partner by leveraging industry trends, business operations knowledge, and talent acquisition best practices. The Talent Acquisition Partner will engage, assess, and hire top talent while managing candidate relationships, conducting interviews, performing assessments, and making job offers. The role involves close collaboration with Sourcing to develop and execute recruiting strategies that attract high-quality candidates and meet both short- and long-term business objectives. Additionally, this position ensures that the business is equipped with effective processes and information to support successful hiring.
Summary of Duties and Responsibilities:
- Act as a strategic advisor and partner to the business.
- Engage, assess, and hire top talent.
- Manage candidate relationships throughout the hiring process
- Conduct interviews and assessments.
- Make job offers.
- Collaborate with Sourcing to develop and execute recruiting strategies
- Support short- and long-term business hiring objectives.
- Ensure effective hiring processes and access accurate information.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree and proven experience in talent acquisition, 5 – 7 years of experience.
- Experience developing and executing recruiting strategies
- Workforce planning partnership with business leaders
- Use of data and technology to drive recruitment outcomes
- Labor market trends, competitor activity, and industry benchmarks
- Workforce planning in partnership with business leaders
- Employment assessment tools and their application
- Employer branding and talent management practices
- Proficiency with AI tools and data-driven technologies
- Strong analytical and data interpretation skills
- Empathy and strong interpersonal skills
- Commercial acumen and understanding of business operations

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
