Key Responsibilities:

- Partner with Data Engineering teams on semantic layer strategies for real-time and batch data integration.
- Collaborate with Compliance (MLR/CMLR) to establish modular approval pathways for portal content.
- Work closely with Brand teams to ensure adoption of standardized portal components across brands.
Stakeholder Management & Product Leadership
- Participate in vendor discovery sessions as the Web Platform representative.
- Drive alignment across Patient Services, Marketing, IT, Compliance, Customer Experience, and external vendors.
- Advocate for web platform considerations during strategic planning and decision-making.
- Operate effectively in a rapidly evolving environment with changing requirements, vendor capabilities, and organizational structures.
- Deliver clear, well-supported product recommendations and strategic direction.
Platform Strategy & Governance
- Ensure portal components scale consistently across multiple brands using the enterprise design system.
- Define authentication and Single Sign-On (SSO) approaches, including deep linking, federated authentication, or full integration.
- Define consent management user experiences and synchronization across enterprise systems.
- Establish portal analytics strategy, including KPIs supporting patient engagement and business objectives such as:
- Call Deflection
- Time to First Treatment
- Enrollment Rates
- Patient Engagement Metrics
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Technology, Marketing, Operations, Life Sciences, or a related field (or equivalent experience).

- Strong understanding of patient access programs, including:
- Copay Assistance

- Experience with API-first product strategy and defining data contracts between vendor platforms and web applications (coding experience not required).
- Proven ability to manage complex cross-functional stakeholder relationships across Marketing, IT, Compliance, Patient Services, and external vendors.
- Demonstrated success influencing decisions and driving alignment across competing priorities.
- Comfortable working in ambiguous environments with evolving product requirements.
