: BEPC is seeking an experienced Maintenance Mechanic II to support manufacturing operations for a leading medical device company in Plymouth, MN. This hands-on position is responsible for maintaining, troubleshooting, repairing, and optimizing production equipment to ensure safe, reliable, and efficient manufacturing operation
s.The ideal candidate has experience working in an industrial manufacturing or automation environment and possesses strong mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic troubleshooting skills. . Key Responsibilitie

- : Perform preventive, scheduled, and corrective maintenance on manufacturing and production equipmen
- t.Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems to minimize equipment downtim
- e.Install, modify, and maintain manufacturing equipment while ensuring compliance with safety standard
- s.Conduct routine equipment inspections and perform safety check
- s.Document maintenance activities, repairs, and preventive maintenance tasks using a Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS
- ).Maintain accurate maintenance records and equipment histor
- y.Read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, electrical diagrams, pneumatic schematics, and hydraulic schematic
- s.Utilize precision measuring instruments including micrometers, calipers, gauge pins, multimeters, and other diagnostic tool
- s.Support equipment inventory management by tracking replacement parts and maintenance component
- s.Collaborate with engineering, manufacturing, and production teams to identify equipment improvements and resolve technical issue
- s.Utilize systems such as Microsoft Office, SAP, Windchill, and Infor EAM (CMMS) to support maintenance activitie
- s.Follow all company safety policies, quality standards, and manufacturing procedure
