Salary up to $300k plus 30% bonus
A private equity-backed electrical contracting company is seeking an experienced and driven President to lead the overall business. This is a high-impact leadership role for an operator with deep roots in electrical construction and a proven track record of driving growth and performance in a PE-backed environment.
Responsibilities
- Provide overall strategic and operational leadership for the business, driving growth, profitability, and performance
- Own full P&L responsibility and serve as the primary decision-maker across all business functions including operations, business development, finance, and people
- Partner closely with the PE ownership group on strategic initiatives, reporting, and growth strategy including potential add-on acquisitions
- Build, lead, and develop the executive and operational leadership team
- Maintain and grow key client relationships while identifying new business opportunities
- Uphold a strong safety culture and ensure compliance with all industry regulations and standards
- Drive operational efficiency and scalability as the business continues to grow
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree required
- 10 years of progressive leadership experience in electrical construction or specialty contracting required
- Previous experience operating within a private equity-backed environment required
- Demonstrated P&L ownership at a significant revenue level
- Field experience in electrical construction a strong plus
- Strong communicator and relationship builder with the ability to lead across all levels of the organization
