Senior Estimator
Greater St Louis Area - Mostly on-site with some hybrid flexibility
$110-130k plus bonus
Bell & Associates is partnering with a construction company seeking an experienced Civil Estimator to join their team. This is a key role responsible for preparing accurate and competitive bids across a variety of civil construction projects.
Responsibilities
- Prepare detailed cost estimates for civil construction projects from concept through bid submission
- Review and analyze project plans, specifications, and bid documents to develop accurate scopes of work
- Solicit and evaluate subcontractor and supplier bids and pricing
- Collaborate with project managers, field leadership, and ownership on bid strategy and project pursuits
- Maintain and update estimating databases, historical cost data, and bid files
- Participate in pre-bid meetings, site walks, and post-bid reviews as needed
Qualifications
- 3–10 years of civil construction estimating experience required
- Sports construction experience strongly preferred
- Proficiency in Trimble or Bluebeam a plus
- Strong ability to read and interpret civil construction plans and specifications
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple bids and deadlines simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
Salary : $110,000 - $130,000
