Accounting Manager
$110-135k/year plus bonus
Winter Park, FL (hybrid)
Responsibilities
- Direct responsibility for day-to-day accounting which may be in various stages
- Oversight of AP/AR, month/quarter/year end closing process
- Lead/Develop Staff/Senior Accountants and manage AP/AR staff
- Manager recovery reconciliations
- Fixed asset tracking
- Generate financial reports for senior leadership
- Monitor and analyze balance sheets, accounts payable and accounts receivable
- Be the right hand to the CFO
- Monitor taxes and provide details for audits
- Complete monthly reconciliations of credit cards and bank statements
- Provide technical support to management team
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or relevant field
- Minimum 5 years experience in accounting
- Must have Sage Intacct experience
- CPA is strongly preferred
- Strong technical, analytical, communication and presentation skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite
Salary : $110,000 - $135,000
