Duties
• Represent lenders in sophisticated commercial and residential real estate financing transactions.
• Advise developers, investors, landlords, and commercial clients on complex real estate transactions.
• Draft, review, and negotiate commercial purchase agreements, loan documents, leases, financing agreements, and related transactional documents.
• Structure and manage sophisticated commercial real estate finance transactions from inception through closing.
• Handle commercial leasing matters involving office, retail, industrial, and mixed-use developments.
• Conduct due diligence reviews involving title, surveys, financing documents, zoning matters, and transactional risks.
• Coordinate transaction closings while collaborating with lenders, title companies, brokers, developers, and opposing counsel.
• Analyze legal issues affecting commercial real estate acquisitions, dispositions, financing, and leasing.
• Maintain direct communication with clients regarding transaction strategy, risk management, and project timelines.
• Manage multiple complex real estate transactions while maintaining exceptional client service and meeting deadlines.
• Collaborate with attorneys across real estate, corporate, finance, and tax practice groups on multidisciplinary matters.
• Support business development initiatives while strengthening long-term client relationships.

Requirements
• 5 years of commercial real estate transactional experience.
• Prior law firm experience is required.
• Active membership in the Florida Bar.
• Experience representing lenders, developers, investors, or commercial real estate clients.
